Oreo and peanut butter cheesecake bites with nutella swirls

I'm not usually a fan of cheesecakes as they can often be too heavy after dinner, but when i saw a cheesecake bite idea using raspberry swirls i decided to alter the ingredients to include my favourite sweet treats of oreo, peanut butter and a touch of nutella.

The result was a decadent and nutty flavour from the peanuts without the overpowering heaviness of the cream cheese. The oreo biscuit base also provides this sweet eat a crunch with every bite!

Give it a go and use your favourite chocolate or sweet to swirl in.

Items you need:

- 15 Oreo biscuits (1 1/2 packets)
- 50 grams of melted butter (0.11 lb)
- 375 grams of soft philadelphia cream cheese (0.83 lb)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter (you can use smooth peanut butter if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon of nutella mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk (mix to make a lighter paste for swirling on top of the mini cheesecakes)

What's Next?

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius (302 Farenheit)

2. Place the Oreos in the food processor and crumb well. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl, add the melted butter and mix together.

3. Add a mini cupcake casing into each tin hole (24 mini tin holes). Use a table spoon to place crumbs in to each casing and firmly pack in the oreo mixture to ensure it doesn't break apart after baking.

4. Place in the oven to bake for 5 minutes to create a biscuit base. Remove and set aside.

5. Beat the cream cheese till fluffy. Beat in the eggs individually followed by sugar and mix together.

6. Add a tablespoon of the peanut butter and combine well.

7. Spoon the mixture on to the Oreo biscuit base and using a teaspoon place a drop of the nutella mixture on top.

8. Use a skewer to swirl the nutella topping

9. Place the tray in to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
